Leasing Purchase Flip: Part 1
Try this with your first or next lease purchase. Lease purchase flips may be the simplest and fastest form in creative real estate investing the profit margin. You will find motivated sellers who is ready, leasing purchasing their home, find a buyer, lease purchaser wants a home and combine the two together. How easy is that?

We need only one property, to sell to them. Our customers have agreed to do a 12 month term already leasing/purchase and agree to buy the property within 12 months, as soon as they can qualify.
