Yep it is ugly.I clipped the paragragphs from an article about AZ property values (and national trends). The house mentioned below cost $265,000 in the Phoenix area, and sold for $65,300, a 75% decline in value.

By the way, no one is going to buy an 'application' anyways. I sure wouldn't – would you ?
