RE: David Losh 19 – Sorry David, our business does not depend upon people solely signing debt instruments. They also PAY CASH and our office has seen more cash sales than ever have come through our office before.

You still own the home until the courts give it to the bank… ask the mortgage company can you- will they agree to a short sale and then find a realtor and put it on the market.
The tenant has a lease and you want to break that like you broke the agreement with the bank – stating that you were going to occupy the property!
Leave that tenant alone and just try to sell the property disclosing the 6 month lease left with tenant and how much you are getting from them.
Are they paying you?
No you can not evict them in lieu of foreclosure! YOu can pay your bills in lieu of foreclosure!
Pay the amount due on your contract with the bank- negotiate with them but do not lie to them anymore (tenant and not you living there).

Marykay, Avon, Tuperwear, Pampered Chef, there's a ton of stuff that you can do from home and make a great living doing and be able to spend time with your daughter.
