Hello. What do you know about single property listings? There is a site, , that is marketing to realtors. They sell web sites for single property listing. I havent heard of this yet but seems interesting. Just wondering if you know anything about this. Thanks.

Yes, the deductions would still be valid even though she didn't have income that year from selling realty. How she shows them on her return depends on whether she's an employee of an agency or a contractor – she's most likely a contractor and would show them on a schedule C. It's not unusual for a business to show a loss the first year.
