I would not advise buying a house with a mortgage and loan as the unemployment and economic business downturn is going to get worse.Meaning, even with low interest and a good job, you may lose that job and not have another. You will lose your house should you rely upon that job income to pay for where you live.

This need will change features in foreclosure to the bricks, own as whether or not any show-houses have been considered at the brokers, or whether or yet there are any real property panels, home selling. ) .. however (like ALL real work) you have to really put in a lot of effort and the rewards are not high ..
I had a friend who did it whilst on Maternity Leave … she was selling hundreds of packets of cards a month when she quit and went back to her old job "for a rest"
