Great job!!I have been doing really well myself. We have been so busy moving, buying a new home, then selling our old one, chasing around an almost toddler… I am nearly at my 'goal weight'. Just 2 pounds to go!(I haven't posted here in a while)I need to work on drinking more water as well. I have found snacking on raw fruits and veggies helps me a ton!Yippee!

Conventional only means that you may only get a conventional loan, which means that your down payment is 10% as appose to FHA, with a down payment of 3.5% which is more reasonable

It's a scam. You're probably right about it being a pyramid thing, where you just sell the thing that you just bought for $50. I've heard of people buying those things and the "Packet" they receive is full of something like cookie recipes. Then they company says something like "These cookie recipes are worth $50! Now go sell them and make money! How much you earn is up to you!!!". So technically, they're not lying. But most people will make about "$0" selling cookie data.
