When you have a home for sale in Orlando or elsewhere in the nation, you have to know the competition is fierce. Many home sellers think they have all their ducks in a row when a potential buyer comes to view the house, only to have a minor, forgotten issue blow the deal.
The Outside of Your Home
Your home’s exterior is the first thing potential buyers see up close. Online, you may have images of the front yard, back yard, kitchen and other rooms, but pictures can’t do justice to your home for sale in Orlando.
To prepare you home for that first up-close viewing, here are 17 outside tasks:
1. Power wash your siding and windows
2. Fix broken siding
3. Give the exterior a fresh coat of paint if it needs it
4. Paint the door and trim
5. Mow the lawn
6. Trim bushes
7. Remove oil spots from the driveway
8. Pick up all tools, toys or trash in the yard
9. Remove lawn ornaments
10. Clear weeds from the walkway and driveway
11. Plant seasonal flowers
12. Rake leaves
13. Clean roof and gutters
14. Sweep the porch, walkway and driveway
15. Clean fences
16. Take photos of a garden if it comes up each spring, as well as the yard when it’s fresh and green
17. Add tasteful landscape lighting if possible
Of course, not knowing what your specific home looks like, I can’t give a complete list, but these 17 items should get you off to a good start. Don’t forget that a few fall decorations can be the added touch that gets your home for sale in Orlando sold to a new owner!

Not really worth it, if it makes you feel any better, I doubt you would have gotten that money anyway. Here’s why: You say yes, he would have come back and said something like “Ok, we want you to prove you can get our articles to the front page before we start paying you. If you can get this article to the front page of r/reddit.com with a minimum of 300 upvotes, then we’ll pay you a $1,000.00″ You might have gotten half the money upfront, but you won’t get the full $1,000.00. So you get $500.00 from this company, then they give you a crap article written in broken english, that’s totally spammy. Something like “Why now is good time to buy best Florida Condos- Best Orlando Real Estate Agent” . You submit the article, it gets downvoted to hell, reported and you may even bring heat onto you. Submissions could even pop up like “self: WTF?!? Is I_RAPE_CATS a paid shill now? [PICS]“. Maybe even getting yourself banned or worse, starting a Sydrah type witch hunt against you. So great, you made $500.00, but now your banned, and you have a bunch of angry Redditors after you. Really worth it? Probably not.

I personally used a firm (link below) that did a 250,000 site submissions for my site. It worked great. But, results now take a few months.
Also, Best to get some FREE trial software to NOT only get listed, but, get high on the search engine results.
A start would be to read a good article "Search Engines May Not Like Your Web Site"

There can be many reasons. I personally have no idea. I am constantly adding unique content to my pages every day. I get about 400 unique hits a day from natural searches. I get linkbacks from other brokers in my content network who we compile the information together but my statcounter sucks and doesn't say where everyone is comming from. Usually just says "no referring link" but they found me some way. I would love to know. I am constantly updating my urllist.txt for yahoo and submitting it and my sitemap.xml for google. It helps with the slurps and the bots.

I don't think that you have been penalized, but what I do not see is keyword "fayetteville arkansas real estate" being repeated few times on your main page. Maybe little more description with this keyword will help your organic ranking. You have word or keyword "Northwest Arkansas" and "Arkansas" .
Yahoo has also indexed only main page from your site. Usually it should have all of the pages, which means that yahoo is not indexing anything after the main page.
I would suggest re-submitting your site to yahoo. Repeat the keywords in few sentances and this should help you to get on top.
