There are limited service agencies that will do this for you for a fee. Some Realtors will do this also, with a disclaimer that this is a limited representation agreement and to contact the owner for showings and negotiations.

Are you actually selling the property or just transferring it to a family member? You may be able to do some sort of paperwork at the town where the property is located if it is just a transfer. Try calling the town and asking them about a transfer.

This won't be easy for a couple of reasons. Most people hate to be called – they would rather be in charge of setting the appointment. It will of course be easier with those who have indicated an interest. The problem I see is that if people start asking you questions over the phone, your inexperience in real estate may come through and they may decide to blow you off. Make it clear that you are just looking to set an appointment, and don't try to answer questions that you don't fully know the answer to. Be upbeat, friendly, not artificial – my answer to the fake "how are you today?" is generally "whaddaya selling?". Rather than phone calls, you may have more success in responding to e-mail inquiries. You are not interrupting anything, and people will be more likely to set appointments via e-mail when they know exactly who they are "talking" to. The best way I have found to get clients is simply by going out and talking to everyone you meet – I've gotten clients and referrals from talking to people in line at stores, in the laundromat, even in a bar bathroom! Good luck -
