When you see a real estate agent’s billboard, what do you notice? Do you see a 1-800+ toll free phone number? If you’re looking for a new house or even a renovated one, then you need to try and call that number. Why?

Get your degree in business as you don't need a formal education to get your real estate license Once you have been working in the field for a couple of years you can study and get your brokers license and eventually open your own real estate firm.

the tiny oil producers and exporting nations have strangled the most powerful economies in the world…..
How did OPEC FORCE the US to rely on a single source for all their energy needs?
Are we a capitalist nation of free thinkers that acts freely or a whining bunch of namby pambies who cry foul when our own system of capitalism doesn't leave us the richest nation in the world.
Does God not love us since they put all of our oil under their soil?
We did not become the richest nation in the world by complaining like little boys and girls.
We became the richest nation in the world by innovating (and by free market capitalism).
We are happy to be capitalist when it makes us rich, but cry like panzies when it doesn't go our way. Boo hoo.
Change your diaper and research energy alternatives.
Whoever solves the present energy dilemma WILL be the richest nation of the 21st century. All others will cry foul.
What are the laws of supply and demand and why do they apply to everyone but us when we want YOUR oil and we want to determine what price we will pay for it.
We can determine what price we are willing to pay for the oil and they can determine what price they want to sell the oil for….
look back into the past and see what we did 100 or 200 years ago for our energy (and see how many people lived back then)…….we used to KILL whales for their blubber and we used to cut every tree w could find for our energy needs (if you think our present problems are bad)……
I got bad news for you (and good)…..the 'boom and bust CYCLE' has existed for THOUSANDS of years (it is an idea in the study of economics) and will unlikely go away EVER…….
The ignorance of history may be fun, but when the same thing that has happened many times before happens again, DONT be surprised…be prepared…….

Who was to blame for all the real estate crashes and energy crises BEFORE OPEC was here to blame?
