Hey there,
I am glad you made it to Murphy. I live here and have for 5 years and absolutly love it.
This is certainly God's country and such a treasure to find.
I tell everyone that I have the best job in the world: selling real estate up here. I get to drive people around all over this beautiful countryside and help them to find their own “peace of the mountains” here in Western North Carolina and North Georgia. God is soo GOOD!

There are many places you can take the 60 hours of 'principles of real estate' online. The best one I would recommend is from Moseley Real Estate Schools ( ). They have a great reputation as well as a high success rate for first time license test takers. This is where I took my classes 10+ years ago. They have three ways to take the class (online, in classroom, and home study) and combination of those three, one of which is strictly online.
You can also look into other sites:
The 'test prep' courses are a great idea for you once you take and finish your 60 hours online. They will help prep you for the license exam by letting you know what to expect from the state and national exams, especially if it has been a while since you finished your course.
You will have to go into an official test taking center to take your state and national exam.
