NO! bank will give a mortgage to a LLC. You are and will always be personally responsible for the mortgage.

Yep it is ugly.I clipped the paragragphs from an article about AZ property values (and national trends). The house mentioned below cost $265,000 in the Phoenix area, and sold for $65,300, a 75% decline in value.

Mortgage Interest is deductible regardless of it being your 1st or 10th home. There are some programs out there for first time home buyers that limit you to not having owned a home for several years, and that may be what your friend was thinking of.
When you file taxes, bring the HUD Settlement statement for any mtg transactions for that year (purchase or refi) and the tax professional may be able to find additional deductions. The HUD is the statement that lists all the fees of that transaction (points, atty fees, etc)

I will show any home that meets the criteria of my clients — regardless of whether they are for sale by owner, alternative brokers, or traditional listings.
The key is to find the right home for clients and not who has them listed.

I'm selling Ebooks on Ebay, but I can tell you exactly how to find out. Go to Ebay and punch in children's pillows/ curtains etc. You will see what prices your competition are selling for.
If they are making more than what your paying for your items, then just sell right along with them maybe 2bucks cheaper.

when you work with the agent beareful and negotiage you dont need to give them full amount of commission offer them %1 for listing, %1 for selling dont worry they will accept.
