What we need to do now is ease the burden on homesellers especially oap's when it comes to selling a home and have more competition in the home selling market such as encouraging private selling, a recent OFT report has suggested this, and as a struggling DEA it is my intention to offer home sellers a free EPC coupled with a private marketing package for £99, how's that for change!.

Rules/regulations will depend upon your location. Here all that is required would be that if there is knowledge of lead paint, then it must be disclosed, not repaired. As is sales on anything is just that..as is and repairs will not be made because they are selling as is with no promises..buyer beware. Many mortgagers will not lend money for an 'as is' purchase.

YES there is. I looked a long time too. This isn't a get rich quick scheme but it is very much worth looking into. I found it because I wanted my family to be healthier. Turns out I am making money too. I don't know exactly what your looking for but you need to at least check it out.

) .. however (like ALL real work) you have to really put in a lot of effort and the rewards are not high ..
I had a friend who did it whilst on Maternity Leave … she was selling hundreds of packets of cards a month when she quit and went back to her old job "for a rest"
