Home Sale | Getting Your Home Sale Ready

Short sales were always "allowed" for being current……the catch is that the bank MUST approve them. That is a matter of the bank's decision and policy, NOT law. There is no law that tells the banks that they MUST approve a short sale for those who are current on their payments.

You can not fix it today. Thousands of users are reporting this problem. Yahoo is working on the site. Many things are not working well. It is not your computer.

The Open House should appear as soon as Yahoo is done working. We had the same problems in July and Nov 2008 when they were doing "maintenance".

Yahoo Help is swamped with complaints but you can try help.yahoo.com to see if they can fix it.
