Disney has always been too big and wanted to get bigger. I'm just glad Michael Eisner is no longer in charge. His business ethics sucked but he did make money for his stockholders.

The market today is tough for a lot of us, even those of us who have been it for years. You must realize this is the same as starting your own business, like a store or whatever. It takes capital, money to invest to get started, not only in the classes and licensing, but in marketing homes. It's not for the faint of heart, you have to be able to accept rejection a lot. You'll spend most of your time prospecting. You'll need to understand the market you intend to cultivate. It's involved and ever changing. A 2-4 years reserve in income should suffice as your capital to live and work with. Best of luck.
