Real Estate Marketing | Real Estate Marketing – Video Optimization A Key Component For Real Estate Business

It was on Monday that YouTube.com celebrated its 5th year anniversary, a social media video sharing website and considered by majority of businesses, business owners and business marketers as one the major component on their online business marketing strategy in the reason that YouTube.com is on the top five most viewed websites online. Recently, this video sharing website had reached the average of 2 Billion views a day.

But when was it precisely introduced to the public? Who are the people responsible behind this? A little flashback about the origin of YouTube. It was made through the effort of three former PayPal employees in February 2005 to create a social media video sharing website on which the people can upload, download and view videos.

In the last quarter of 2006 Google.com purchased the website for $1.65 billion and now based on San Bruno California. YouTube provides users with different kinds of user-generated video content that uses the Adobe Flash video Technology. Most of the videos that you can see here are short original video, video blogging, music videos and movie clips.

Here are the things that must be done properly when optimizing a video in YouTube for your marketing effort to pay off and help you to get the best results.

The important of title and tags in your video – One of the most important parts of the video is the title, just like of how important it is in writing a blog. I had many friends that use a video in marketing their business, but came up with nothing as the video that they were uploaded was not getting much traffic. The most important thing to do for this marketing tool to work properly is to rename the uploaded video title to a term that people would search for & the video started to take off almost instantly. If your video is starting to get more hits, then focus on your tags these are also important for your video to be searched easily by people that are looking for a specific video. Tagging helps your video categorized properly when people search.

Distribute with other social media – What to do next is to distribute the video you have in the YouTube in other social media websites such as, Twitter, Facebook, Posterous and other blogging platforms. Now, YouTube has that easy to share features out of the other networks. Imagine! having your video visible to over 7-8 million people using these social networks. The more exposure you can give to a video, the more likely it is to be viewed by masses.

Cookie Monster @ 7:16 am:

Why do you assume that we are only wanting to give tax cuts to the wealthy?

Problem (2003): Economy is slowing and jobs may be lost. Unemployment is slowly rising.
Solution: Bush implements tax cuts (not just for the wealthy) and…surprise! Unemployment rates drop month after month after month.

Furthermore, "the absurd belief that tax cuts invariably lead to greater government revenues and more and better jobs"
Considering the fact that it did exactly that…I don't know what this idiot is talking about…Tax revenue from the $250K plus group DID increase following the tax cuts…

It worked…look it up.

Do me a favor…read through that bill and tell me what part of it appears to be a bipartisan effor to you…it's over 1000 pages so I will wait…but I can save you some time right now by telling you that not one Republican idea is included in the bill. That is why it didn't get one Republican vote.

Something to also consider when reading Mr. Lyons' column…he has a Phd in English and has been a professor and a writer his entire adult career…I don't see an economics or finance background in his history do you? When you get your car fixed do you take it to the plumber or do you take it to a mechanic? So why are you taking the word of an English major over the word of economists?

grandma zaza @ 3:41 am:

I hope you aren't blaming minorities for the recession.

Fanne Mae and Freddie Mac were not the private big boy banks that made risky loans and sold them overseas.

Grandma Za Za is a conservative pretending not to support either party. I would not trust her……

Yes, the Fed is also at fault. But the Alan Greenspan was a Republican, not a Democrat.

The only thing you can really blame the Democrats for is for voting for the Gramm-Leach-Bliley-Act alongside the Republicans.

Law Man says let the FACTS rule @ 9:01 pm:

Not very. The rich get to control government and funnel the money upwards. They use the system to benefit themselves and we are forced to live with their rules. We should be Capitalists, but we need to protect our government from being controlled by the rich. We need a government that acts in the interests of all taxpaying Americans, but we don't need to become Socialists to do it. We just need to have the gall to take our government back from the rich. Its pretty simple. A government that represents the Working Class would make a fairer social contract for everybody. Capitalism isn't the enemy. The enemy are the rich who want to control our government. The "Free enterprise/ Small Government" slogan is a favorite weapon for the rich. They want to neuter and control government to selfishly benefit themselves at the expense of others. They have no interest in a strong government that represents the interests of all Americans. What we need to do is vote all Republicans out of office and get some Business reform, Campaign Finance Reform, and Lobbying Reform.
