Great job!!I have been doing really well myself. We have been so busy moving, buying a new home, then selling our old one, chasing around an almost toddler… I am nearly at my 'goal weight'. Just 2 pounds to go!(I haven't posted here in a while)I need to work on drinking more water as well. I have found snacking on raw fruits and veggies helps me a ton!Yippee!

Hi Amy ~ I'm planning to do a future blog about how to tell the difference. Price points vary depending on who sells what ~ I've talked to people who have purchased a knockoff, prices varied anywhere from $40 to $80. All of my Designer Inspired purses are priced under $50, average price points are around $36-$42. Other vendors tend to have similar price points. It's important to know the difference in case you are invited to a purse party at someone's home. If they are selling knockoff's, you as a guest can be arrested too, not just the person selling them.

This could mean that in the real estate agent's experience an FHA or VA appraiser would require work to be done on the house before financing would be approved. Is there a stove in the house? No stove is a deal breaker if you are using a government loan. I recommend you ask yourself this: If you don't have the money for a down payment, are you going to have the money to fix the house??
