What's funny is that while hardly anyone commented on it when I posted a story on our blog: it generated quite a bit of traffic and still does. And there are those who have cyclical unemployment

There are students who count as unemployed

A healthy unemployment rate is around 4%.

Under that and you are really scratching for employees

Over that and there are qualified people looking for work.

So a healthy unemployment is what we are after in reality world.

And yes, America typically has the lowest unemployment of any country.
