Glad I could be of assistance. The auction method of marketing real estate has been growing strong over the last 10 years. It's not just a last ditch effort, as some still perceive and does well to establish true market value in short time-frames.
You may want to consider teaming up with an auctioneer in your area and not only become more familiar with this marketing method, but also be able to offer additional options for your sellers, as well as buyers.
If you have questions, feel free to contact me.
And if you ever have leads in Texas, feel free to get in touch with me, as well.

You must be at least 18 years of age to take the exam for license. Taking up business management is a good start. .

There are no pros to rent to buy.
For one thing, if the original owner defaults on the loan and it is foreclosed upon, you have no recourse.
Second, if the original owner defaults on their insurance and something happens to the house, you have no recourse.
Third, if they are selling the house "rent to own" it is because it is in a bad neighborhood or they are over their head in loan-to-value…therefore CAN'T sell it to a normal buyer…they are looking for a turnip to come along and take it off their hands.
Fourth, these houses often need major repairs, of which you will sink your money into and if for some reason you can't buy the house, you're screwed.
There is no reason to get in on the market. Do the smart thing and put your money in savings. Trust me…a nice house will be available when you're ready.

My take is that such theories can generally never take into account peculiarities in reality. –That is, all we can make our projections on are existing known quantities and patterns.
The problem, and indeed, the reality is that unexpected unknowns are constantly introduced into the stream of events. 9/11 was such a moment. So was Katrina. And Sarah Palin. And heck, even Obama came out of left field when you think about it.
I think all we can count on is knowing the *intent* of people and groups. People can constantly course-correct and modify their actions to suit the landscape, but their intentions rarely change. So no matter what the course, they will always strive to achieve whatever end condition they they envision as being the right one. Thus, while the predictions expressed in the article make some sense given what we know, I doubt they offer much in the way of what we can really expect.
The whole NWO thing is spooky and there is a lot to indicate that it is certainly the objective of some groups. But I really don't think that it represents the whole story, or even the main story.
Obama increasingly appears to be a puppet in the side-show of American politics. The 'Good' cop, as it were. Whatever his true objectives are, and they may certainly be biased in some ways toward the ideals he promoted himself with during the election, I don't think he will serve as an impediment to whatever larger objectives are being pursued by the real power-brokers in the world.
Money, for instance, and indeed the whole economy, it must be remembered, is an elaborate illusion. All money in the U.S., and in all industrialized nations, is not created by the government, but is instead borrowed at interest from a small banking cartel. In the U.S., it is the FED, in Canada, it is generated through a complex credit system floated by the banks. All of it exists on the pretext that it must be paid back with interest. That interest is impossible to pay back since the only money in existence came from the same source, and thus to cover the interest, more money must be borrowed from the cartel. The end result is debt slavery on both the national and personal level. This is entirely by design, and anybody in government with any intelligence understands this. JFK tried to oppose this system by introducing actual money minted by the government at zero interest. This could easily have changed the power structure of the world, and was, I suspect, one of the (many) reasons he was murdered. After he was killed, this plan was quietly snuffed out.
Based on what we've seen of Obama so far, I strongly suspect that he will play along with the cartel while paying lip-service to hope and freedom, etc. Beyond that, I don't think we can count on him for anything much.
As for executive orders. . , he doesn't have to write any new ones. There are currently enough on the books to lock down the entire U.S. and create a military state overnight if that should be seen as the next necessary move by the NWO people. I think that it might be at some point. One of the goals I've seen mentioned numerous times from a variety of sources, is a purging of the human race to the tune of over 95% of the population, with the remaining people being strictly controlled. I'm guessing that Obama and the rest of the managerial elite, (as opposed to the real power brokers), are hoping to jockey for position in the bunkers, or whatever safety they think exists.
It should also be noted that we already have a one world government. It simply has different faces, I suspect, to keep people living in the illusion of freedom while the rest of the pieces are moved into place. We've not had true freedom for many years.
One of the most significant hints as to what is really going on, and where the true threats extend from, is the now ubiquitous UFO phenomenon. Crop Circles also offer a lot of insight, but of course, these things have been severely marginalized and ignored. The real sources of personal power and awareness have been successfully buried from public view. People simply don't realize just how blind they are exactly because they cannot see anything important. But it's all there for those who bother to dig.
Cheers and good luck!

I talked to a co-worker's husband who happens to be a real estate agent at the recent company holiday party. In short, his answer was yes, there is a bubble and that the market really is cooling considerably.

well did you use a keyword generator and put the code into the html of your site? maybe that might be it. just putting the keywords in the keyword section on your site's account page may not be enough.
