Home Sale | A Home Can Be Sold To Avoid A Chain Break

Many people are turning to different services offered by quick property sale companies. This comes from how these quick property sale companies can work to get people’s homes sold without having to deal with any troublesome types of chains. In fact people who have tried selling their homes but failed due to a chain break can get their homes sold with a quick sale process.

To better understand this it helps to know just what a chain break is. Whenever a person lists one’s property on the market that person is going to get into a chain of sales. When this happens the person will be competing with a number of other buyers and sellers in an area. They must all sell and buy to one another as a means of helping to get the chain to keep going.

However in many cases the chain can break. This can come about due to a variety of different factors. For instance, a chain break can occur due to something like a person seeing another house or buying another house that is outside of the chain. It could also happen due to a bad survey of a property. In many cases the overvaluing or undervaluing of a property can cause the chain to break.

When the chain does break a great mess will occur with regards to all of the property buyers and sellers. The sellers will get back into listing their properties on the market again. This is something that will need to be done in order to help with getting the chain to get back together again so that all people will be able to work towards selling what they have.

Because of a chain break a variety of problems can be handled by a home seller. For instance, the person will end up having to spend more money on a sale due to the fact that the property has to be relisted and also because of all of the new processes involved for trying to get it to be exposed to others. In addition to this the timeframe that one had for selling a home will be ruined. This will cause the seller to end up having to deal with having to reconsider the process that is being used to help with getting the home sold.

Quick property sale companies have been working to get people to get out of these chain breaks though. This works in that instead of having to get one’s property into a chain and work to make sure that the chain does not break the person can simply get a property sold for cash to a quick property sale company. This is all that there is to it. The seller will be able to get money off of the home and not have to deal with the long and drawn out process of having to get a chain to stay intact.

In fact this can be used to help with avoiding the failures that can be involved with chain breaks. A problem with many chains is that about twenty to thirty percent of all properties in the United Kingdom that fail to sell come from broken chains. These odds can be simply avoided when working with a quick property sale company.

All of these things are great ones to see with regards to chains. They can be tough to deal with and they can also break and therefore make it harder for homes to sell. Using a quick property sale company can help to get a seller to avoid this problem and to help with making it easier for a sale to be completed.

Jospeh's broken back. Yes, life is not always so perfect. Our stories knit us into God's stories and vice versa.

I've been thinking a lot about Joseph this year. It's been several years since I've found myself in the Christmas story – solstice has been my Story home. But this year Joseph seems to call to me. As we're also thinking preparing to list our home for sale I've been thinking about Joseph and the rituals invoking his assistance in that process. Maybe I'll find one with a broken back!

Last week Richard and I led some of the families of his congregation in an impromptu Christmas pageant. We had about 12 Marys and half a dozen Josephs and Jesuses. Grand!

Blessings to you in your Story unfolding,
Trish

Aaron,
Excellent points.

Yes, I'm not a lawyer but, I believe the listing agent ultimately has the responsibility for all aspects of the presentation of the home for sale and in the worst case they probably risk more than just their reputation, I can imagine a situation in today's litigious society where buyers would file suit over undisclosed property defects where photos were doctored and the buyer felt they were deceptive.

I think handling a request for photo modification as you describe (Documenting the request in writing and advising the agent of the downsides of the modification) is an appropiate way to handle such a request.
