Marketing Real Estate | Free Resource For Realtors
Stick around my site long enough and you’ll quickly learn something about me… I like to share free stuff! Since we’re talking about mortgage/real estate marketing today, I figured we’d kick it off with some excellent tools that you will likely find quite useful.
Today we’re going to merge using the web, and traditional marketing. You already know how I feel about traditional vs. online mortgage/real estate marketing. The web offers a huge advantage over traditional methods, as more and more people are using the internet to research, and even select their homes, real estate agents, and loan officers.
However, this does not mean that I am recommending you abandon your offline marketing efforts. Far from it! I have often found that most of my efforts are enhanced when I marry both online and offline strategies. So what I’m providing you today is a website (online) where you can find plenty of mortgage/real estate marketing tools to help with your traditional marketing. (Offline)See how everything can play nicely together?
Go to Google and type in “Microsoft Templates” The link above will bring you to Microsoft’s website. On this site is a particular page where you can perform a search for graphics, and templates. What sort of templates? Sales letters, brochures, fliers, even Power-Point slides.
I found this tool to come in especially handy when I was working with real estate agents. My approach was to be a constant source of useful new tools that I would bring to the table. Slides, fliers, sales letter templates, just listed cards and more. You’ll find all of the above on this site available to download for free.
Check back every month, as the site updates on an ongoing basis. I hope you find this link as useful as I did! Free mortgage marketing tools are always welcome right? See you on the next post.

Oil is an agent of production. OPEC produces oil which the world trading countries needed. It is not the cause of the world economic crisis. It is those oil traders in the oil futures market that cause the oil price to be at US$146 at one time.
Just like mortgages it an ideal way for banks to help people buy houses for their homes but it was used by those investment bankers who use mortgage as investment instruments to trade in the financial markets to make huge profits and later leads to the sub prime mortgage crisis. And the worst financial crisis in history.
The real cause of the global financial mess is those greedy investment bankers and traders who want to make money more than anything
else.
No one is to be blame for this world economic mess it is money and inhumanity that is to be blamed.

I don't think this article makes any sense.
We have just finished with eight years of Bush policies that have crippled the country. Now we have a very intelligent man at the helm who is trying to fix things. As a nation we had a choice between that, or some doddering old man who wanted to carry on doing more of the same.
The Bush administration kept telling us that they knew what they were doing. Yet they were proven wrong over and over again.
So why should we believe that a new course is more dangerous than the horrible course this country has taken in the past eight years?
And as a follow up question, why are some people so desperate to see Obama fail? Do they hate America that much?

I don't know of any website offering an exhaustive list of niche markets to explore. Niche markets are something you have to find for yourself; many when they discover a niche immediately put a stake on it as theirs. Why share a profitable niche to others? Niche by definition is a specialized market, and your goal is to have as few competitors as possible.
Given your business experience, what do you think are areas in your industry that have not been tapped? Are there any needs that are currently not being addressed? If not in your current industry, is there anything that you need but no one is currently giving it to you in a way that you want to? Ask yourself these questions — and then that's your niche.
